Forget-Me-Not Ox

Forget-Me-Not flowers are symbols of love, friendship and remembrance. Taking inspiration from this delicate flower and our hospice’s Memory Tree, the Forget-Me-Not Ox celebrates and remembers the lives of those who are always loved but never forgotten.

Losing a loved one is never easy, but the Forget-Me-Not Ox provides an opportunity to make a dedication to honour the life of someone special, while also making a difference to other local families who need our support.

Each week throughout the trail, we will be writing the names of loved ones on to the ox sculpture, creating a beautiful and meaningful design. You are warmly invited to dedicate a loved one’s name and visit the Forget-Me-Not Ox at the OxTrail Hub Shop in the Westgate.

Once the trail ends, the Forget-Me-Not Ox will be brought back to the hospice where it will be left to graze in its forever home.
