You are warmly invited to Lights of Love, a special and uplifting service we hold annually to remember the people who are gone, but never forgotten. Lights of Love brings together families affected by loss, and offers an opportunity to celebrate your loved ones and reflect on the happy times you spent together as we approach the festive season.
During the service there will be readings, poems and musical performances. Anyone is welcome to attend, no matter how long ago you lost someone or whether you have experienced the care at Sobell House or not.
This year we are delighted to hold the service at The Olivier Hall at St Edward’s School. This new location offers free parking, a beautiful and peaceful setting, and we will be serving mince pies and refreshments. You can watch the service online if you are unable to join us in-person.
Date: Sunday 15 December
Time: 4pm – 5pm
Address: St Edward’s School, Woodstock Road, Oxford, OX2 7NN
Please fill out the form below to RSVP and make a dedication. Every donation made alongside a dedication helps us to be there for more local families facing devastating circumstances. Thank you for your generosity and kindness.
Once we have processed your response we will send you two Memory Hearts in the post. These can be filled out with your words of remembrance and returned to us to be displayed at the event, or you can keep them to display at home.
