Are you passionate about charity retail, and making a positive impact on the community? We have an exciting opportunity for you to shine as a Retail Marketing Coordinator.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with the retail and broader marketing teams to enhance the retail social media presence. Your role will involve creating engaging content and supporting efforts to boost both revenue generation and awareness of our charity shops throughout Oxfordshire.
What you'll do
- Social Media: Work with the teams to create and embed a retail social media strategy, manage the dedicated shops Facebook page, plan and write content, work with the marketing coordinator to plan key awareness campaigns, raise awareness of upcoming retail events through our social media channels, as well as engaging with our customers and supporters providing excellent customer care.
- Content: Keep up-to-date with social trends, creating relevant and responsive content, utilise your photography skills to create engaging and fun videos, reels and stories, write articles and stories to bring our shops to life, ensure displays in retails sites are up-to-date liaising with the teams and coordinating with the graphic designer where updates are required.
- Communication: act as a key link to ensure both the retail and marketing teams are aware of all relevant activities and promotions
- Website: Monitor the retail pages, refreshing content and publishing retail events, as well as providing support to the online training manger as needed.
- Events: Occasional weekend and evening work will be required to attend retail events.
