This year, we’re celebrating our 45th year of caring for our community by asking our supporters to take on a Challenge45! Your Challenge45 can be any activity based around the number 45 and you can complete it at any time in February. By taking part, you will be helping us to be here for more people who need us for the next 45 years and beyond.
Looking for inspiration? Oxford United footballer and Sobell House ambassador, Josh Ruffels, recently completed his Challenge45 by doing 45 keepy-uppies during training. Watch his challenge below:
He’s now urging Oxford United fans and the wider Oxfordshire community to get behind him and take part too. You could…
- Cycle 45 miles
- Walk 4.5km a day
- Run 45 miles
- Wear fancy dress for 45 hours
- Bake 45 cookies or cupcakes
- Paint a picture in 45 minutes
- Do 45 press-ups
- Host a 45-minute virtual quiz
The list is endless, and for every pound raised, we’re able to continue our services that work to better people’s quality of life and you will have helped to make a real difference.
