Royal Mail 2nd Class (3-5 working days). UK delivery only.

  • Orders up to £9.99 add £3.00
  • Orders over £10.00 and up to £24.99 add £5.00
  • Orders £25 and over add £7.50

Returns and Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy for goods purchased from our online store. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us at onlinesales@sobellhospice.org.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes custom products such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
