Shops Reopening Announcement

8th June 2020
Since March 23rd our shops have been temporarily closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. However under new government advice, we are pleased to announce that we are able to reopen our doors to shoppers and accept donations from Monday 15th June. That said, we would be very grateful if you could please read the important information below, as we will be implementing social distancing and reduced hours for the safety and wellbeing of our customers, staff and volunteers.

Our Bicester, Witney, Carterton, Didcot, Headington, Little Clarendon Street, and Kidlington stores will all reopen on Monday 15th June. Thame will reopen for donations only on Monday 15th June. Please note that social distancing measures will be in place for shoppers and those dropping off donations.

All stores will have new opening hours of 10am-4pm. This is to enable our staff to undertake deep cleans every day, and ensure it is safe for our customers to shop with us.

For our smaller stores, we will only be allowing three people in at a time. For our larger stores, there will be specific signage available to advise shoppers how many people are allowed in. Our staff will be on hand to help monitor this.

If you would like to drop off donations at one of our stores, please only do so between the hours of 10am-4pm and our staff will be able to help. Please do not leave donations outside our stores or at the hospice.

To arrange collection of furniture, get in touch with our Bicester (01869 245235) or Witney (01993 700660) stores, but please bear with us as we will be operating a reduced delivery and collection service. We ask that you keep in mind the fact that staff will be unable to enter homes when picking up collections.

Finally, we are in urgent need of more shop volunteers – if you are able to help, please visit the store you would like to volunteer in to speak to a member of the team from Monday 15th June.

Thank you for your understanding and support. If you have any questions, please get in touch with us at [email protected]. Note that this information may change dependent on government guidelines, but we will keep you updated should there be any new information.
