Volunteering duties

  • Welcome visitors
  • Deal with general enquiries
  • Answer the telephone, transfer calls or take messages where appropriate
  • Sort and distribute incoming post
  • Administrative tasks e.g. photocopying, filing
  • Recording necessary information
  • Sign for parcels in reception and deliver to relevant people and/or departments
  • Book a taxi if requested

Shifts available

Monday – Friday: 10:00 – 13:00   |   13:00 – 16:00
