Volunteering duties
- Welcome visitors
- Deal with general enquiries
- Answer the telephone, transfer calls or take messages where appropriate
- Sort and distribute incoming post
- Administrative tasks e.g. photocopying, filing
- Recording necessary information
- Sign for parcels in reception and deliver to relevant people and/or departments
- Book a taxi if requested
Shifts available
Monday – Friday: 10:00 – 13:00 | 13:00 – 16:00
