Shopping with us

Our shops have reopened and you can find your nearest store here. We would be grateful if you could please read the information below before visiting or donating to our shops.

For the safety of our customers, staff and volunteers, we have implemented social distancing measures at all of our stores. For our smaller stores, we will only be allowing three people in at a time. For our larger stores, there will be specific signage available to advise shoppers how many people are allowed in. Our staff will be on hand to help monitor this. We kindly ask our customers to keep a 1m distance from other shoppers. In addition to this, our staff will be undertaking deep cleans every day to ensure it is safe for our customers to shop with us.

If you would like to drop off donations at one of our stores, please only do so between the hours of 10am-4pm and our staff will be able to help. Please do not leave donations outside our stores or at the hospice.

To arrange collection of furniture, get in touch with our Bicester (01869 245235) or Witney (01993 700660) stores, but please bear with us as we will be operating a reduced delivery and collection service. We ask that you keep in mind the fact that staff will be unable to enter homes when picking up collections.
