Are you a successful Manager with experience of leading and managing a large format high street store?

This is a brand-new role, where you will develop your team to achieve top results. If you are looking for a new challenge in charity retail, this role will give you the opportunity to create your own store strategy and have autonomy over store operations. As the Training Store Manager, you will be driven by coaching and developing your team, alongside managing cross department relationships in order to raise funds for and promote the work of Sobell House Hospice within the community.
